Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions: Prepare the Steak Bites:
In a bowl, combine the steak bites with minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat and marinate for at least 15 minutes. Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak bites in a single layer and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Prepare the Shrimp:
In a separate bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Using the same skillet, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Combine and Serve:
Return the cooked steak bites and shrimp to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce to coat evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through. Serve immediately, with extra sauce drizzled over the top if desired.
