Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce

Ingredients

For the Chicken Bites:

1 ½ lbs (680g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:pot

2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Season the chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Add minced garlic during the last minute and stir to coat. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Parmesan cream sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.

Combine: Return the cooked chicken bites to the skillet, tossing them in the creamy sauce. Let everything simmer for another 2 minutes until well coated.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, or with crusty bread.
