INGREDIENTS
chicken breast
100 g of yogurt
salt
pepper
breadcrumbs with parmesan
PREPARATION
Pour the yogurt and spices over the chicken, then leave it to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Coat with breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan and transfer the chicken slices to a baking tray.
Season with a drizzle of oil and bake at 200° for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
You can also decide to fry it in very hot oil, this way the cooking will be quicker and the chicken will be crispier!
