Banana Chocolate Oatmeal Dessert

Banana Chocolate Oatmeal Dessert
Recipe Ingredients:
3. Ripe bananas
two eggs
cocoa powder, 25 grams
Optional: 5 grams Ezoic yeast
For an optional garnish, you can use banana slices or almonds.
What to do:

While you are making the dessert, prepare the oven by setting it to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare the bananas: In a large bowl, peel the bananas and set them aside. For a smooth texture, mash them well with a fork or potato masher.

Crack the eggs into the bowl containing the mashed bananas and stir to combine. Once the ingredients are incorporated and a little frothy, beat the mixture well.
With the cocoa powder mixed in: Along with the bananas and eggs, add the chocolate powder. Stir the cocoa into the batter until it is perfectly smooth and thick.
Add the yeast and mix well if you want a slightly softer consistency; this is optional.
To prepare the dessert for baking, butter or line a baking pan and pour the batter on top. To check if it is done, insert a toothpick into the center and bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven.
Before serving, let the dessert cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, move it to a wire rack and garnish it. If you want, you can garnish it with chopped banana or almonds.
Time: 10 minutes for preparation, 35 minutes for cooking and 45 minutes for the entire process.

When choosing bananas, look for ripe ones with brown spots: they will be the tastiest and sweetest.
Unsweetened cocoa powder gives a more intense chocolate flavor, one of the variations of cocoa.
Optional Ingredients: For extra crunch and flavor, try adding chopped nuts, dried fruit, or dark chocolate chips to the mixture.
Place leftovers in a sealed jar and refrigerate for up to three days. For a warm snack, reheat in the microwave.
For an extra sweet treat, try serving this dessert warm with a dollop of Greek yogurt or a drizzle of honey.

For a vegan alternative to the eggs in this recipe, you can make flax eggs by mixing 1 tablespoon of flaxseed powder with 3 tablespoons of water per egg and using vegan baking powder.
To make serving easier and keep track of portion sizes, bake the batter in muffin tins.
Texture tip: If you want your dessert to have a darker texture, bake it a little less and let it cool completely before slicing.
For a hint of extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a little vanilla essence to the batter.
