A cake as soft as a cloud, perfect to enjoy as a snack or to eat. Prepare it in a few minutes with the farmer! 💛✨

Ingredients:
✔️ 200 g of sugar
✔️ 200 g of 00 flour
✔️ 3 eggs 🥚
✔️ 100 ml of milk 🥛
✔️ 100 ml of semi-sweet oil
✔️ 1 cup of sugar for desserts (16 g)
✔️ 1 cup of vanilla (optional)
✔️ Sugar stick for decoration

Preparation:
1️⃣ Blend the ingredients

Put the eggs, sugar, milk, oil and vanilla in the blender.

Blend for 30 seconds until you get a smooth mixture.

2️⃣ Add flour and yeast

Add the sifted flour and yeast.

Blend again for 30-40 seconds until the mixture is smooth.

3️⃣ Pour into the mold

Grease and flour a 22-24 cm cake pan.

Pour the mixture, leveling it well.

4️⃣ Bake

Bake in a static oven preheated to 170°C for 35-40 minutes (or fan oven at 160°C for 30-35 min).

Do the toothpick test to check if it is cooked.

5️⃣ Decorate and serve

Let it cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Enjoy it as is or with cream, jam or Nutella! 😋
