Cheesecake with meringue topping

Ingredients:
Dough:
1 egg
200g flour
½ sachet baking powder
100g butter
80g sugar
Filling:

250g sour cream
100g sugar
3 egg yolks
1 sachet vanilla sugar
200ml whole milk
450g low fat quark
1 sachet vanilla pudding powder
A little oil
Meringue topping:

3 egg whites
40g sugar
Step by step instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C on top/bottom heat.
For the shortcrust pastry, mix the sugar, eggs, flour, butter and baking powder and press into a 26cm cake tin, raising the sides.
Mix all the ingredients for the filling and pour over the pastry.
Bake the cake for 50 minutes.
Whip the 3 egg whites with 40 g of sugar.
Place the meringue on the cake and bake for another 10 minutes.
