How to Make Them Delicious!

INGREDIENTS
250 g sliced ​​cooked ham
150 g sliced ​​mozzarella
2 g (2 teaspoons) dried oregano
3 eggs
3 g (1/2 teaspoon) salt
1 g (1/2 teaspoon) black pepper
a pinch of curry
100 g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
40 g (1/3 cup) grated parmesan
160 g (1 cup) flour
Vegetable oil (for frying)
DIRECTIONS
Place 2 slices of ham on top of each other.
Cover with a slice of mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and roll up the roll. Continue with the remaining ingredients.
Place the rolls in a freezer container and freeze for 25 minutes.

Prepare the breading base:
in a bowl, beat 3 eggs with a pinch of curry, salt and pepper. Place the breadcrumbs on a separate plate and mix with the grated parmesan. Place a cup of flour on another plate.
Dredge each roll in flour, then in the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Repeat this process once more to create a double coating.
