Delicious baked shashlik dish
Ingredients:
500 g meat (e.g. pork or chicken)
2 onions
2 peppers (red and green)
200 g mushrooms
1 can tomatoes (chopped)
200 ml vegetable stock
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp paprika powder
salt and pepper
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:
Prepare the meat:
Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a pan until golden brown. 🍳
Chop the vegetables:
Chop the onions, peppers and mushrooms and put them in a saucepan.
Mix everything together:
Add the browned meat to the saucepan, then add the can of tomatoes and the stock.
Dressing and sauce:
Mix the soy sauce, paprika powder, salt and pepper.
Bake:
Bake the shish kebab in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. 🌿
