yugo Easter Dirt Cake Casserole
Ingredients
- A package of Oreo cookies, crushed
- A block of cream cheese, softened
- A bit of unsalted butter, softened
- A cup of powdered sugar
- A box of instant vanilla pudding mix
- Two cups of cold milk
- A tub of whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- A handful of pastel-colored candy-coated chocolates (think M&M’s)
- Some mini Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
Beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
Mix in the powdered sugar until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until it thickens.
Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture.
Gently stir in the whipped topping until the filling is light and fluffy.
In a 9×13-inch dish, spread half of the crushed Oreos at the bottom.
Pour the creamy mixture over the Oreos, spreading it evenly.
Top with the remaining crushed Oreos, mini Oreos, and pastel M&M’s.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight is even better!).
Slice, serve, and enjoy the Easter magic!
