zinabi zin No-Bake Orange Pineapple Swirl Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup orange marmalade
2 tsp orange zest
Orange Swirl:
½ cup orange marmalade
2 tbsp pineapple juice
Instructions:
Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream gently. Divide the mixture in half.
