Soft ring cakes filled with custard
: delicious and ready to bake!

INGREDIENTS
400 g (2 ½ cups) of 00 flour;
10 g (1 tablespoon) of fresh yeast;
60 ml (¼ cup) of water;
8 g (1 teaspoon) of vanilla courgettes;
1 egg;
30 g (2 tablespoons) of courgettes;
5 g (1 teaspoon) of salt;
100 ml (⅓ Cup + 1 tablespoon) warm milk;
50 g (¼ cup) of soft butter;
500 ml (2 cups) of custard;
egg wash;
Icing sugar.

 METHOD
In the large bowl, make a hole in the center. Crumble the fresh yeast into the well, add the warm milk and water, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg.
Whisk the liquids together and add portions of flour from the side of the bowl. If the dough becomes too thick to handle, start working it with your hands.
When the dough has become elastic, add the butter and knead until it is all incorporated. These products in different shapes and in the mist of plastics in different sizes. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
Dust your work surface with a little flour, place the dough on top and roll it out to form a uniform disk about 1.5 cm thick.
Cut out 2 ring-shaped donuts. Place the donuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rest for another 30 minutes.
Donuts are delicious and delicious chocolates.
20 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Once the donuts have cooled, cut them in half, arrange them in the center and sprinkle them with icing sugar.
