Eggless and no-bake quark cake!

INGREDIENTS
500 g Quark
130 g butter
210 g icing sugar
3 tablespoons sour cream/sour cream 1 pack
vanilla sugar
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
3 teaspoons ground gelatine
160 ml milk
1 pack cake icing
2 medium peaches
DIRECTIONS
Cream the butter and icing sugar well and add the sour cream and vanilla sugar.
When the mixture is creamy, add the juice of 1 lemon and finally the grated zest of 1 lemon.
Mix well and mix with the ricotta.
Soak 3 teaspoons gelatine according to the instructions on the package and mix with 150 ml warm milk.
Then add to the quark cream, mix and pour into the mold.
Put in the freezer (or in the fridge for a little longer) and let it set.
When the mass has solidified, it is covered with peach slices.
Prepare the icing with water or with the syrup or peach juice diluted with water and spread on the cake.
let it solidify. Store the cake in the fridge.
