Mini Muffins with Meatballs
: Four Individual Portions, Tasty and Sticky!
INGREDIENTS
For the Mushrooms:
Olive Oil
160g Mushrooms
Pepper
Salt

For the Meatballs:
300g Stale Breadcrumbs
500g Minced Meat
2 Eggs
Parsley
Salt

For the Filling:
70g Chopped Ham
120g Provola

METHOD

Pour the olive oil into a pan and add the mushrooms. Let them cook for a few minutes until they are tender. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
In a bowl, break the bread and pour the water over it. Let it soak for 10 minutes. Press the pain well to remove all the water.
In a bowl with the minced meat, add the prepared bread, eggs, parsley and salt and start mixing. Mix with your hands to combine everything well.
Form balls and transfer them to paper cups (sprinkle with breadcrumbs). Make a hole with your fingers and add the ham, cheese and prepared mushrooms. Cover with meat to seal each one.
Transfer them to a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Transfer to the oven and cook at 180°C for 25 minutes.
