Ingredients:
– 80 g flour – 6 medium Golden apples – 60 g sugar – 20 g butter – 2 eggs – 100 ml milk – 1 sachet of yeast – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – Grated zest of a lemon – 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
In a bowl, beat the eggs (at room temperature) with the sugar until they are white and frothy. Add the sifted flour and yeast, stirring gently to avoid dropping the mixture. Melt the butter in a saucepan or in the microwave, add the milk,
the vanilla extract, the lemon zest and incorporate everything into the mixture,
stirring up and down. Wash the apples, peel them, remove the core and cut them into very thin slices with a mandolin or a knife.

Add them immediately to the mixture (this way they will not darken) and mix gently. Butter and flour a 22 cm diameter mold, pour in the mixture for the Cyril lignac invisible apple cake, level it and bake in a preheated oven at 180° C (Th 6) for about 40 minutes.
