-500g minced meat
-1 onion
-Salt
-Pepper
-1 egg
-Cooked ham
-200g cheese

For the breading:

-3 eggs
-200g (1 3/4 cup) whole wheat flour
-100ml (1/2 cup) milk
-Panko breading
-oil for frying

meal preparation:

In a bowl, combine the meat, onion, salt, pepper and egg and mix well until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a cutting board covered with cling film and spread the meat with your hands. Arrange the cooked ham and cheese.
Wrap the meat in a loaf of bread and secure with cling film. Transfer to the freezer for 1 hour.

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the flour. Once the necessary time has passed, cut the meatloaf into rolls, then transfer them to the previously prepared egg mixture and cover them with breadcrumbs.
Fry the meat rolls in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
